At the University of Bath conference delegates benefit from a beautiful city and stunning countryside on the doorstep whilst retaining the focus and concentration offered by a campus.
Lecture theatres and syndicate rooms offer purpose built facilities with excellent audio-visual support available.
Year round we can cater for meetings of up to 56 theatre style and up to 18 classroom and boardroom style.
During vacation time conferences of up to 386 theatre style, 126 classroom and 60 boardroom can be accommodated.
Our dedicated sales and events team understand how important and unique each event is, and aim to provide a first class service from the initial contact right through to the conference itself providing pre event support and on the day coordination.
Throughout the event constant contact is maintained with the organiser to answer any questions that may arise and to ensure everything runs according to plan.
Delegates can also benefits from our on site accommodation. We have a range of accommodation to suit all budgets including, single, twin and double en-suite rooms. In 2009 over 350 new state of the art bedrooms will be available.
We are ideally located just 1.9 miles from the city centre, 2 miles from Bath Spa train station and 10.7 miles from the M4. There is ample car parking and frequent shuttle buses to the city centre.
