We offer a choice of five conference rooms varying in sizes to accommodate from 2 to 120 delegates. All conference rooms have complimentary Wi-Fi and most benefit from natural daylight and air conditioning. 
Nicknamed the ‘secret garden’, the Winchester Royal Hotel is the only hotel in the city with a private walled garden. The secluded design and peaceful environment helps delegates take a break and refresh from the meeting and can be used for a relaxed conference lunch.

Located on the ground floor, with natural daylight and air-conditioning, the Winton Room offers a spacious venue for up to 100 delegates. The Winton Room also has a raised area to the back of the room which is ideal for refreshments or registration.

Located on the ground floor, the Hampshire Room is suitable for a maximum of 40 delegates, and can also be sub-divided to create a more intimate setting for smaller groups.
