Description: Whether you need a room for your board meeting, or a venue for your wedding reception, The Showroom is a flexible venue, with an experienced team on hand to help.
The Birchwood Hartsholme and Moorland suites are located on the ground floor and offer three separate conference rooms for meetings or smaller functions. These suites have the advantage of collapsible dividing walls, creating the possibility of extending the space to meet the needs of your event. The rooms can also open up into our iCafé.
Our iCafé is an open space with casual seating, free WiFi, lunch menu and fantastic coffee. Perfect for casual meeting or working lunches, but also providing the possibility to extend our downstairs conferencing suites to create an even larger space for banquetting or exhibitions.
On the first floor, you’ll find The Lincoln Room: an impressive space, with seating for up to 250 people in a theatre style, complete with lighting, AV and optional staging. We can seat up to 120 people in a banquetting style here. If your event is larger we can also offer banquetting for up to 300 in the Birchwood, Hartsholme, Moorland suites and iCafé downstairs.
