The Royal Society features 12 flexible refurbished rooms with capacities ranging from 10-300 people which include a self-contained training facility, complete with its own breakout rooms. The venue contains state of the art audio visual facilities in many of its rooms with on-site technicians for full support. All rooms have natural daylight, air conditioning and WiFi and many rooms have stunning views of St James’s Park and The Mall. Harbour and Jones provide an outstanding in-house catering and service to include meeting catering, diners, lunches and reception.

It can be used either as a catering support area for the Wellcome Trust Lecture Hall or in its own right for meetings, receptions or dinners. The provision of a sound system also offers the flexibility to hold a discussion during a meal or for presentation purposes.

Brand new self-contained facility enjoying ample natural daylight through the newly constructed atrium. There are two rooms in the Mercer Suite, together with a flexible space for exhibitions, breakout rooms or catering. All rooms are climate controlled and Mercer Room 1 contains state of the art audio-visual facilities.

Adorned with a large Zulu tapestry depicting the rise of science and portraits of some of the Societys most notable former Fellows, the room conveys a sense of elegance, history and learning. It also has an integral induction loop to aid the hard of hearing.
