The Royal Cambridge Hotel is one of the oldest hotels in Cambridge and was originally a row of Georgian terraced houses. The hotel is located on the edge of the city centre with easy walking distance from the famous colleges without being in the hustle and bustle of the main town centre.

The hotel has 57 en-suite bedrooms including standard and executive rooms. All rooms are tastefully decorated and furnished in keeping with the heritage and style of the hotel.

The High Table Restaurant has menus reflecting seasonal fresh produce. Friendly and personal service compliments not only the food, but the extensive and imaginative wine list. Alternatively the Kings Bar serves a selection of light meals and snacks. The extensive and comfortable lounge areas are the ideal place to relax and unwind or meet up with colleagues.

The Royal Cambridge Hotel is ideally located for all types of meetings, business events and social gatherings. Offering a choice of five versatile rooms, for between 2 and 150 delegates. It has the added benefit of it own large car park and complimentary WiFi throughout the building.

Hobson Suite – This room is on the lower ground floor with direct access from the car park and accommodates a variety of different layouts, making it an excellent choice for conferences, small exhibitions and training courses. This room has the added benefit of its own bar which is ideal as a registration or refreshment area.

Terrace Room – This room is on the ground floor and is ideal for boardroom meetings for up to 25 delegates or theatre style for 40.
Trinity and Fitzroy Rooms – These two rooms are adjacent to the Terrace Room and can seat up to 25 in a theatre style layout. They may be used in conjunction with the Terrace Room for syndicate work, or independently for small meetings.

Senate Room – This room is on the ground floor next to the hotel bar and lounge area This room is ideal for training and private function for up to 40 delegates.
