Built in 1802, the Georgian warehouse which houses the museum is Canary Wharf’s only Grade I listed building. It’s an unusual and historic setting for an event, standing in stunning juxtaposition to the contemporary backdrop of London’s financial district. Host your event in

The boardroom is an excellent option for smaller daytime meetings. With stunning views of West India Quay and Canary Wharf it also features the original pine columns and exposed brickwork characteristic of the building as a whole.

The tiered Wilberforce theatre is available for seminars, presentations and lectures by day or evening. It is fully equipped with AV facilities for PowerPoint and other presentations. These and the services of a technician are included in the hire fee.

The Quayside room overlooks the Dock and Canary Wharf from the Museum’s third floor. It makes for an attractive space for breakout or catering when booked in conjunction with the Lecture Theatre. It is also available as a self-contained space by day or evening.

The Rum store is available day or evening for meetings, receptions and dinners. The largest open space in the Museum, it is rich in original features and is flexible enough for a range of layouts. This is a light and airy space enhanced by direct views of the quayside.
