The main hotel and five beach suite apartments comprise 32 beautifully designed bedrooms, complete with plasma screens, DVDs and iPod docking stations. The five versatile suites are privately located to the side of the main hotel and can accommodate conferences and meetings in a private beachside setting. They are fitted with excellent audio and visual technology while a range of additional conferencing equipment can be outsourced according to specific requirements. The beach apartments boast stylish and comfortable interiors and are designed with open plan dining and kitchen facilities should you require hospitality within.

The South Sands restaurant casts stunning sea views across the bay and the spectacular curved wall of French widows is a sure talking point of any meeting or conference. The main restaurant can seat up to 76, while a further 42 can be accommodated on the spacious terrace. The menu at South Sands has been created by acclaimed chef Mitch Tonks and features a selection of the best South Devon seafood and delicious seasonal specialities prepared with the finest local produce. Special menus and South Sands’ signature “feasting” platters can be especially laid on for each meeting or event.

The surrounding landscape and area offers a superb range of pursuits and activities suited to both recreation and team building exercises. The hotel works closely with local companies specialising in sailing, powerboat and a range of water sports, clay pigeon or game shooting, off-road motor cross and private yacht charter. A number of leading golf courses are within easy reach of South Sands sits directly on the South West Coastal Path and offers a prime location for hiking and scenic walks.
