Parklands is easy to find. By road it is just 4 miles from junction 8 of the M11. By train, Stansted station is under 1 hour from London, then it is just a short taxi ride to the estate.
BUSINESS ACCOMMODATION
The four principal reception rooms are suited to a variety of corporate layouts. From formal boardroom to informal gatherings or theatre-style arrangements to break-out spaces – all are possible under one roof!
The Banqueting Hall benefits from good acoustics. The internal architecture of the house also enables several different activities to be in operation simultaneously – for example: a formal meeting could be conducted in the Billiard Room while a discussion forum would be possible in the Drawing Room.
EXTENSIVE LAWNS AND GARDENS
The Drawing Room and Pavilion windows overlook our large lawned area. If the weather is good, and the activity suited, this is a useful addition to the interior spaces. Team building exercises, launch parties or elegant summer picnics can be situated here.
