The Waterfront is situated in a prime business park location, set in an 80 acre nature reserve with a mile of Thames river frontage. The park benefits from a free shuttle bus to the mainline Reading station with close connections to the M4 and the M25
The conference centre has the benefit of a large decorative lake which attracts wildlife all year round and makes a peaceful setting for any event. The breakout area, where self service refreshments are available free of charge, overlooks the lake.
The building has the advantage of being unbranded and with prior agreement delegates promotional displays can be placed in the main reception area. The majority of the Suite’s benefit from natural light, all are fully air conditioned and come equipped with ceiling mounted LCD projectors, white board, notepad and pen for each delegate, flip chart, wi-fi and conference phone which can be installed prior to an event taking place. Catering can be organised for events, or alternatively there is a coffee bar and deli on site which delegates may use. The centre has wheelchair access, car parking, 24 hour security and an on-site printing company.
