Description: We offer an incredibly diverse and unique venue in the heart of rural Lincolnshire, home of the historical Lincolnshire Show we are so much more than just a Showground. As the company has grown over the years we have evolved as an outstanding venue for the region, hosting conferences, exhibitions, charity dinners, concerts, festivals, weddings, equine and livestock events, rallies and vehicle shows. We are owned by the Lincolnshire Agricultural Society, a charitable organisation whose objectives are to educate and support food and farming and a sustainable environment within the county. Even though our roots are embedded in farming, we have diversified over the years to create a multi-purpose business offering a wide range of services and events for the region and beyond.

We are proud to say that our Epic Centre is one of the greenest conference and event centres in the UK, allowing you to experience corporate and social events against a backdrop of environmental sensitivity. We are set in over 200 acres of beautiful countryside and have the ability to cater for 2-1200 inside our Epic Centre and ten’s of thousands within the grounds. Being in close proximity to the A46 and only a mere 10 minute drive from Lincoln city centre makes our venue very easily accessible. We partner with local hotels to offer a range of options from budget to four-star accommodation and best of all we offer free Wi-Fi access and unlimited free car parking.

The award-winning Epic Centre is a multi-functional venue, perfect for meetings and events of all shapes and sizes. The entire site is a blank canvas offering unique branding opportunities for clients holding their event here. Our ground floor is a vast flexible space (1,836 square metres) filled with natural daylight which can be split into three halls for medium sized events. We have roller doors at each end of the building which are even large enough to drive through a combine harvester. Six smaller meeting rooms are situated on the first floor, all with access to the terrace and views overlooking the Showground. These rooms are ideal for smaller meetings and breakout sessions.Not only do we have our Epic Centre, we also have the Tennyson Pavilion which is a stand alone building with its own kitchen, bar, toilet and car parking facilities. This is a modern and versatile building offering spectacular views over the Showground which has its own private lawn area for guests to enjoy fresh air and even open-air dining. The pavilion can be used as a meeting space, a training room or for small private dinners.

Our venue is fully equipped with a high quality catering team, décor and AV solutions and most importantly we have a dedicated team to assist you. So even if you are a dab hand at this events business or whether you need a full event planning service then our team is always here… and of course the kettle is always on!
