The Heritage Motor Centre is a dedicated conference and exhibition centre, home to the largest collection of historic British vehicles in the world. Purpose built, it provides a modern environment with flexible service.

During 2015 the Highways Agency and County Council are undertaking a major road improvement project from Junction 12 of the M40 to the B4100 – the main access roads to the venue. To minimise the potential impact to our customers, we are only accepting weekend bookings for exhibitions, conferences and dinners.

Land Rover Experience off-road track and team building availableEvent spaces include the Conference and Exhibition Suite seating 600 delegates theatre style complete with a private entrance and registration area. This leads onto the Exhibition Gallery offering over 760sqm of flexible exhibition space and three Lecture Rooms ideal for breakouts of up to 100 each. Totalling 2000 sqm of exhibition space.

The facilities are further complemented by a traditional Boardroom overlooking the museum, the stunning rooftop Kestrel Suite with its own private bar, and 17 syndicate rooms to accommodate from 2 to 60 delegates. 
Outside, the venue offers plenty of green space for team building and 9,700sqm external hard standing area for marquees and outdoor events. There is opportunity for exclusive use and corporate branding. 

As a registered charity, all conference profits are donated to the British Motor Industry Heritage Trust, the educational charity which preserves the collection for future generations.
