We are ideally located along the A2 between Sittingbourne and Faversham, just 1.5 miles from the industrial centre of Sittingbourne, but in picturesque rural surroundings. 15 miles East is the Cathedral City of Canterbury and the ports of Dover and Folkestone are approximately 30 miles to the South East. Approached by a sweeping driveway, the hotel is secluded within 4 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds and surrounded by orchards and open countryside.

The Heritage Suite 150 60 60 150 150 50 2.6 8.5 The Heritage Suite is a highly versatile space comprising the:- • MILTON ROOM • WOODSTREET ROOM • RADCLIFFE ROOM which can either be used independently or configured to meet the requirements of your function, with air conditioning and natural daylight throughout. The Suite is divisible into three to allow for a variety of group sizes and to afford extra reception and break out areas adjoining the main room, or to accommodate one large group. The main entrance and reception area is situated in the original stable building, dating back to 1845, with an impressive vaulted ceiling, which formed the breathing tower for the horses in years gone by. It now houses a large bar area as well as cloakroom facilities, and leads out onto the sheltered courtyard on the far side with seating grouped around a stunning Roman style Gazebo. There are also two smaller conference rooms in the main area of the hotel, which accommodate between 2 and 30 delegates. These can be used as main meeting rooms or as syndicate rooms in conjunction with the larger suite. The hotel is perfect for large or small conference groups and the rooms are equipped with the most up to date integral audio-visual equipment. Delegates are able to have refreshments either in the meeting rooms, in the restaurant or outside in the courtyard. Competitive Day, Half Day and Overnight Delegate rates are available as well as a flexible room hire and refreshment rate to suit all company budgets. An extensive range of hot and cold buffet menus is available along with our two or three course restaurant lunch. We are happy to cater for special dietary needs and any individual requirements.

The Oakly and Maple Rooms hold between 20 and 30 delegates, the former being strictly boardroom style, but the latter can facilitate a variety of seating layouts. These rooms can also be used for private dining. With their ornate Victorian appointments, they provide the ideal setting for those special, more intimate occasions. It is also possible to hold small wedding receptions, family parties and business or private dinners, knowing that you will enjoy the privacy as well as the professional service alongside the high standards of cuisine that you can expect in our restaurant.
