Stantons Brasserie serves classic British dishes prepared with local ingredients. Alternatively the 19 Grill offers light bites during the day and a contemporary grill menu by night.

Established 18 years ago, our golf courses have matured and improved year on year, to produce some of the best courses in the East Midlands. We have 45 holes of golf over 3 challenging and picturesque courses including the Lakes and the Woodside, which are both approved as PGA Championship courses and the Red Arrows Academy Course which is a par3 9 hole. The golf courses have seen great improvement over the past year including riveted bunkers on the Woodside Course making it a real test of your golfing skills. From a presentation point of view, all fairways have been reshaped and our greens are running as true and pure as possible.
Indoors, the Leisure club’s pool, whirlpool spa, steam room and sauna will help you unwind (with a nursery for our younger guests), while the ‘Serenity’ Hair & Beauty salon offers a range of pampering treatments. Energetic types will find a newly refurbished, well equipped gymnasium, tennis and squash courses, plus exciting outdoor pursuits from archery to quad biking arranged by our on site activity company.
