Situated in the heart of the old Cinque port of Sandwich, the hotel overlooks the quay and has been the focal point of hospitality in the town for hundreds of years. The hotel has just completed a major refit of the ‘The Old Dining Room’ restaurant. Under head chef Steve Piddock, fresh, seasonal and local produce are the core ingredients of the seasonal menus. All meeting rooms have natural daylight, free WIFI and multi-media facilities.
The Regency Room is late Georgian and the only room that escaped the nineteenth century re-build. With its quaint Musician’s Gallery, sparkling chandeliers and high ceilings, it is a wonderful venue for that special occasion. The Regency room can cater for up to 120 persons, for conferences, wedding receptions, and parties. Theatre style conferences are available for up to 150 delegates. The Regency room is situated on the first floor.
