RSVP – the magazine for creative events – has just published the results of its poll to find the Top 20 corporate party venues in the UK. And Newcastle United were voted a super seventh on the RSVP list – the only venue outside London to make it onto the chart.

Situated on Level 2, the Platinum Club also has three bars and two fast-food counters, which would effectively service visitors to public events. The room can also be divided into three subsections, the acoustic doors efficiently reducing the size of the function room to create the right atmosphere for smaller events.

Our newly designed and refurbished Centenary Suite offers guests a light and airy environment with private bar facilities, hot and cold buffet display units and adjoining washrooms. Situated on level 2, the Centenary Suite is ideal for hosting events such as dinners, cocktail parties and meetings for up to 100 guests, theatre style.

Situated on level 2, Club St. James’ boasts an ideal conference setting for intimate meetings, small social gatherings and can accommodate all suggested room layouts. Capable of hosting a theatre style meeting for up to 100 delegates, Club St. James’ also benefits from four syndicate rooms which are adjacent to the suite and are each capable of accommodating 10 guests, boardroom style.
The Milburn & Sir Bobby Robson Suite 120 60 40 80 100 40 – -/-/-/ –
For events up to 120 guests, these suites can accommodate all suggested room layouts. They are fitted with PA Systems and benefit from wireless broadband. They also both have private bars and benefit from natural daylight and neutral colours. A popular wedding venue, the symmetrical Milburn & Sir Bobby Robson Suites also provide an idyllic setting for business meetings, private dinners and intimate social gatherings.
Moncur Suite & Club 206 320 250 50 180 300 80 – -/-/-/ –
These suites will accommodate up to 300 guests and are appropriate for conferences, presentations, smaller exhibitions and parties, in fact they can be adapted to suit all room layouts. Both suites are fitted with PA Systems, have private bars and benefit from natural daylight. The Moncur Suite offers luxurious surroundings in natural colours. Club 206 benefits from a fixed six foot screen set, ideal for back projection.
