In 1774 Robert Adam finished the Adelphi Development, the first coherent property development in London, created after he returned from two years abroad in Rome. Adam House comprises four adjoining houses in Adam Street, one block from The Savoy and at the very heart of the Capital. The façade of No 7 is one of the last and most important remaining features of these terraces and the Anthemion pattern that first appeared in its pilasters became a recurring motif in the Georgian architecture that stemmed from this period.
In 2000 Adam House has returned to the cutting edge as the most modern form of office space available. By providing the essential technological infrastructure, run by a staff that are committed to serving our clients needs as quickly and efficiently as possible, Adam House will give you a flexible property solution that is in step with the fast moving economy of the 21st Century.
Our services comprise three groups; offices, meeting rooms and our satellite service.
