Following a nine million pound renovation, Chapter 1 Charity Ltd is pleased to introduce Xenia, our newly remodelled and refurbished venue; complete with high-tech conferencing facilities and garden terrace. Just a minutes’ walk from both Waterloo & Waterloo East stations, our location offers easy access to Southbank, Westminster, Embankment and Blackfriars.
We have one large conference room available which holds a maximum of 60 delegates. The room can be divided by sound proof walls into two small meeting rooms, to suit your needs. Both rooms are fitted with remote-accessed drop-down projector screens and all you may need to connect to the AV system.
Our conference rooms are spacious, air-conditioned and offer direct access to our private garden terrace. Complimentary tea and coffee is provided with each booking and lunch can be arranged if needed. Wi-fi is available throughout the building.
Xenia is situated in the centre of Lambeth, as well as tube access to Waterloo and City, Jubilee, Northern & Bakerloo lines.
