Luton Library Theatre is centrally located in the town centre on the 3rd floor of Luton Central Library. The ramped access entrance to the ground floor of the main library building is located in St George’s Square, from where a choice of two wide door, 83 cms lifts, give access to the theatre.
In Library Road there are two car parks. A small one with eight designated disabled parking spaces behind the library and a larger multi-storey, again with designated spaces, near by.
Adjacent to the theatre, also on the third floor, are a licensed bar / Coffee Bar. The Bar is open for live performances from half an hour before the evening show and during the intervals, with a full range of beers, spirits, wines, coffee and tea. The accessibility in the Bar area is excellent with good space for easy manoeuvrability.
The Theatre offers a year round programme of theatre productions and films, and is also available for private hire of film shows, lectures and meetings.
