The Royal Berkshire Conference Centre is the largest conference facility in the Thames Valley and is proud to be part of the impressive Madejski Stadium Complex. The stadium is home of the Championship football team Reading Football Club and the Premiership rugby team London Irish Rugby Club.
With a range of 39 rooms the venue can cater for any type of event from conferences for 500 delegates, banqueting, dinners and receptions, right through to one to one interviews.
The Princess Suite and Windsor Lounge is the ideal space for the larger conference; this is a square room with built in PA system, air conditioning and controllable lighting effects. The room when hired is complemented by the spacious Windsor Lounge which is an ideal space for exhibition stands and catering & bar area. This stunning room overlooks the impressive Madejski Stadium bowl. It is fully air conditioned and has a built in PA system and plasma screens.
The Premier Suite overlooks the Madejski Stadium bowl, this room with its modern d�cor and stunning reception area complements any event. The room is fully air conditioned, with black out blinds and built in PA system.
The Loddon Room is one of the medium sized rooms. It is an L shaped room ideal for the business meetings or training courses. The room is fully air conditioned, with natural day light and features a built in PA system and plasma screens.
