The Perth & Kinross Hotel is located in a beautiful countryside setting, with breathtaking views of the Ochil Hills. The hotel offers a warm, friendly and relaxed atmosphere with log fires, and welcoming lounge and bar.

There are 20 spacious and comfortable bedrooms available, many with superb views. Each of the rooms has en-suite facilities and is equipped with satellite television, direct dial telephone, hospitality tray, dressing table, hairdryer, iron and trouser press.

Our fantastic candlelit Piano Room Restaurant opens each evening for dining, whilst our bar and lounge menus are served from midday, allowing you to enjoy our selection of tempting dishes throughout the day.

The hotel also has excellent conference and banqueting facilities to suit both one-to-one interview up to banquets for 200 people. With these excellent facilities, and the many leisure activities in the surrounding area, the Perth & Kinross Hotel is an ideal destination for both leisure and business breaks .
The hotel is set in idyllic countryside location, yet is an ideal venue for meetings as it is accessible from all parts of Central Scotland with it being close to motorway networks linking Edinburgh, Glasgow, Perth & Stirling, all within a 40 minute drive. The hotel is an ideal venue for one to one interviews to large conferences for up to 250 delegates.

The Devon Suite has natural daylight and is suitable for up to 20 delegates boardroom style. The Fossoway Suite is more traditional with wood-panelled walls and holds up to 60 theatre style.

Our Ballroom is versatile and suitable for exhibitions, AGMs, workshops with seating for up to 250 theatre style. The suite is self-contained with stage, changing facilities, private bar, large dance floor area and private facilities. There is also excellent stage lighting available.

Room Hire or delegate rates are available with catering for sit down meals or working buffets. Menus and packages are tailored to suit your individual needs.
