Nant Gwrtheyrn is a Victorian Quarry Village on a 200 acre site in a secluded wooded valley overlooking Porthdinllaen Bay on the Llŷn Peninsula. The centre is managed by a registered charity and has its own 2 mile beach and access for cars or coaches by private road.
A complete refurbishment of the listed cottages provides 4* Hotel standard accommodation for up to 75 guests in 45 en suite single, double and twin bedrooms with family rooms and suites.
A new function room/ conference centre with sun terrace has stunning sea views and can seat up to 180 for formal dining or 210 theatre style for meetings and conferences with smaller room configurations for smaller groups. Receptions can be for up to 400 guests.
The site has its own chapel which is now also a heritage centre used for smaller conference and meeting groups as well as the Plas education building which has two meeting/ teaching rooms

The conference/function room and one terrace of bedrooms in the renovated quarry cottages ( for 38 guests) will open on August 1st 2009, the second terrace ( another 37 guests ) and the new Plas education centre will open by April 2010
