Lancaster University offers an extensive range of venues to suit all budgets, with meeting facilities from 10 to 600 delegates, and up to 250 en suite bedrooms during the Easter vacation and 1,000 during the summer vacation. Our conference team has a wealth of experience and flexibility and will always endeavour to make your events successful.

Most of our meeting spaces, bedrooms and restaurant spaces have either been newly built or newly refurbished, with tiered lecture theatres and varying sizes of meeting rooms all within the self contained campus.
We also have a 4 star hotel on campus, adjoined to one of our conference centres, which has an additional 99 luscious bedrooms, leisure centre and free car parking.
