Since its relaunch just 7 years ago Kitley House Hotel has become South Devon and Plymouth’s dedicated Conference & Training Centre. Kitley House is located just 15 minutes from the centre of Plymouth and within easy access of the Road & Rail network in Devon and Cornwall. Kitley House Hotel has developed a regional reputation for its catering utilising local produce to meet the wide range of guest requirements. It has also gained an excellent reputation for its service delivery with friendly well trained staff delighted to be of service to guests. The House is popular as a Banqueting and Private Dining Venue with its choice of Dining Rooms and Views. It is also regularly used for Awaydays, Training Courses and Team Building Events utilising the extensive gardens and grounds. The French doors of this large reception room open out to the terrace and overlook the magnificent views of the fountain gardens and woods. Located at the base of the main staircase at the centre of the hotel, this room with its high ornate ceiling and full height windows pervades a grandiose atmosphere and is suitable for a wide variety of formal and informal uses. – Private Dining and Reception – Conference and Boardroom – Training Courses

Surrounded by historic pictures depicting the descendants of Kitley House, The Drawing Room provides delegates and guests with an intimate setting that enjoys spectacular views overlooking the expanses of the estate. The Music Room, which shares the same dimensions as The Drawing Room, can provide an alternative venue for meetings and conferences for parties that prefer the informal and relaxed surroundings that this lounge area offers.
State Rooms
There are 7 Delux State Rooms on the Ground Floor and First Floors. These rooms are large mini suites in a variety of individual colour schemes and layouts. The State Rooms in particular feature large full height panoramic windows and each has a lounge area. The beds are mostly kingsize with options for Double or Twin occupancy. The sofa’s in most rooms also converts into a bed which is particularly suitable for children and can also accommodate adults. Each State Room has an iron and board as a standard and are ensuite with Bath & Shower.
Club Rooms
There are 12 Club Rooms on the second floor which feature Family, Double, Twin and Single occupancies. The rooms are of reasonable size and again feature the largest beds suitable for the rooms. Interlocking Rooms suitable for families are available. All rooms are ensuite with Bath & Shower and are non-smoking.
Library Restaurant
This spendid room offers views over the estuary and is the main restaurant for the hotel.
