Keepmoat Stadium is a 32million multi-activity facility situated within the prestigious Lakeside development and is home to Doncaster’s key sporting clubs. The stadium has established itself as one of the premier venues in South Yorkshire for conferences, events and concerts, with an unrivalled range of flexible & high quality conference & banqueting suites. The stadium is furnished to the highest specifications in order to provide a setting to match the prestige and importance of your event. The variety of rooms can accommodate meetings, lunches, dinners & receptions from 10 to 500 guests. The 5 conference rooms and 16 executive boxes offer the most unique facilities in the area. The stadium benefits from 1000 free car parking spaces and is ideally located just off the motorway networks & only a short distance from the town centre & railway station. All rooms have natural light, access to ISDN lines and in-built PA Systems and the Restaurant Suite and the 16 executive boxes all overlook the 15,000-seater stadium & pitch.

The Restaurant is the stadium’s largest suite located on the 2nd floor of the East Stand, which benefits from a stunning view of the pitch & lake. The Restaurant is ideal for large conferences for up to 400 delegates theatre style & up to 250 cabaret style including exhibitions & open days as well as dinners & celebrations for up to 400 guests.
The Belle Vue Suite 180 80 180 -/-/-/ –
The Belle Vue Suite is a self-contained suite, with a wall to wall bar, located on the ground floor of the West Stand, making it the ideal choice for exhibitions, open days, parties & celebrations for all occasions. The suite can accommodate up to 180 delegates theatre style & 80 delegates cabaret style for a meeting or conference & up to 180 guests for a party.
The Directors Lounge 60 20 30 50 -/-/-/ –
The Directors Lounge, which overlooks the lake, is located on the 2nd floor of the East Stand, making it an ideal choice for conference organisers to use as a breakout room to the Restaurant for a large conference. The suite can accommodate up to 60 delegates theatre style, 30 delegates cabaret style & 20 delegates for a boardroom style meeting. The Directors Lounge also benefits from it’s own private bar, therefore is ideal for a small private dinner for up to 50 guests.

The Sponsors Lounge, which overlooks the lake, is located on the 2nd floor of the East Stand, making it an ideal choice for conference organisers to use as a breakout room to the Restaurant for a large conference. The stadium’s private executive boxes all overlook the stunning championship pitch, and can each accommodate up to 10 delegates for a boardroom style meeting. The boxes are ideal for hiring out for an hour or for the day & are a great way to impress clients or for use as an away from the office room for team brainstorming sessions or board meetings. We will arrange your refreshments, lunch, equipment or simply just provide you with the room only to talk business in an exclusive setting. The boxes are also ideal for conference organisers to arrange as syndicate rooms to the main conference suite.
The Players Lounge 70 30 50 60 -/-/-/ –
The Players Lounge is located on the ground floor, through the West Stand reception, and is ideal for use as a meeting room for up to 70 delegates theatre style, 50 delegates cabaret style & up to 30 delegates for a boardroom style meeting. The suite also benefits from a bar, therefore is a great option for private dining for up to 60 guests.
