Whether your meeting is a company conference, a corporate function, a small training or briefing meeting or a product launch, you’ll find the Savoy Hotel has some of Blackpool’s finest rooms and suites.
The main function suites are grouped together on the ground floor, making it easy for delegates and speakers to move from suite to suite during the day.
Every care has been taken to ensure that the rooms are as comfortable and practical as possible. All are equipped with flip charts, overhead projectors, PA systems and marker pens, should you require any further equipment, our events staff will be happy to assist.
THE WARBRECK SUITE:
The imposing Warbreck Suite creates an immediate impression of spaciousness and elegance with intricate plasterwork under a high arched ceiling, glass domed ceiling. Recently refurbished, this ground floor suite lends an air of distinction to any large event.
Up to 200 delegates can be accommodated theatre style and up to 250 at a banquet. Dimmed lighting can be used to create exactly the right mood and atmosphere and the room can be effectively blacked out for slide and film presentations.
The Warbreck Suite has its own bar and built-in sound system. One side can be partitioned off to create a small syndicate room, The Lancastrian.
THE DERBY SUITE:
This room has natural daylight and is approximately half the size of the Warbreck Suite, making it ideal for meetings involving up to 150 delegates. Situated on the ground floor, with its own bar and sound system, it is also suitable for dinner dances and celebration parties as well as small exhibitions.
THE CUMBRIAN & HERALD SUITES:
These interconnecting rooms also have natural daylight and are perfect for boardroom meetings for up to 30 delegates. They are also ideal for syndicate work and breakout sessions for delegates involved in events in the larger suites. The superb sea view also make the Cumbrian and Herald Suites an excellent choice for intimate private dining and small drinks receptions.
