Meetings and Conferences at the Best Western Elton Hotel

The Best Western Elton Hotel is dedicated to ensuring that your event runs smoothly from giving you our friendly yet professional and flexible service.

We can cater for as little as 5 people up to 50 people in our 2 ground floor meeting rooms, the Portland and the Mackay. Both rooms have natural light and the Portland room is fully air-conditioned. We also have a small syndicate room which is ideal for breakout or small meeting of up to 8 people.

We listen carefully to all our guests and treat them as individuals. The benefit to you and your colleagues is that you won’t have to suffer the typical chain hotel service and we will adapt to meet your needs, not the other way around.

We have a range of equipment available including OHP and Screen, LCD Projector and TV and Video. Charges apply for some equipment.

On the day of your event you will be greeted by a member of staff who will go through your requirements for the day to ensure that they are correct.

We will ensure that your conference room is set out to your specific needs and that everything is in good working order.

We will also make sure that your refreshments and meals are delivered promptly and that your room is serviced in between breaks. We can arrange for your refreshments to be served in your room in a designated area.

Our private rooms are also available for dinner meetings and presentation evenings.
