9 Devonshire Square is a 2 minute walk from Liverpool Street station and is one of the City’s most exciting business communities, with its 12 historic warehouses immaculately restored to provide state of the art meeting room facilities.

With Bishopsgate, Aldgate and Liverpool Street close by, Devonshire Square is right in the heart of the City, in the shadow of the Gherkin. Originally built in the 18th century for the East India Company, its historic warehouses have been transformed to provide world class office and living space in a secure campus style environment.

Major organisations such as Aon, Standard Life and Societe Generale are based here; although Devonshire Square caters equally well for small to medium sized businesses. Avanta’s meeting rooms are right on hand making this a convenient, inspiring and fun place to hold your meetings.

The centre provides 7 meeting rooms available in a range of different configurations. In addition, there’s a highly trained centre team, accredited by the Institute of Customer Service (ICS), on hand to help with meeting your guests, layout, catering and equipment.

Meeting rooms are located on the 2nd floor adjacent to the Wi-Fi equipped breakout area. All the meeting rooms benefit from air conditioning, flip chart, white board with pens, AV equipment and free internet provision
