At the end of the 19th century, Baron Ferdinand de Rothschild commissioned a local firm of architects to create a Dairy to house his prize-winning herd of cattle. In 1989 Lord Rothschild initiated an extensive restoration programme to transform the Dairy into a stylish venue for private entertaining.
Set in private grounds beside a series of lakes fed by a fresh water spring, The Dairy is the perfect venue for private meetings, presentations and corporate entertaining. Cars can be exhibited in the Dairy Courtyard and the local roads are ideal for ride and drive events.
